What is Nuclei?

Nuclei is an open-source vulnerability scanner that uses YAML-based templates to define detection logic. With thousands of community-contributed templates covering CVEs, misconfigurations, exposed panels, default credentials, and technology detection, Nuclei can scan web applications, APIs, networks, and cloud services. Its template-based approach allows rapid response to new vulnerabilities — when a new CVE is published, a detection template can be created and deployed within hours.
